This week, our “unsocialized” homeschool students ask strangers in the market “What is this?” and “What is this called?” in Mandarin Chinese. Learn along with us!

We also have a new cameraman! So get ready for a slightly bumpy ride as we take today’s episode out in the warmer almost-spring weather.

In one scene, see if you can hear people imitating our children’s speech as they speak Mandarin, and compliment them on their Chinese. Now that you’ve been listening along for four weeks, you’d have enough Chinese to impress them too. In fact, we often receive compliments on our Chinese after speaking just one word!
